What are your hours of operation?
Monday – Friday 6:30am-3:30pm, closed for lunch daily from 11:00-12:00 and CLOSED Saturday and Sunday.

How soon can I expect delivery of my product?
Delivery times vary throughout the year, please call the office for current wait time.  We do encourage and 
appreciate advance notice if possible to ensure you get your material when you want 
it.

How do I pay for my material?
We accept payment of cash, personal/business check, and now all major credit 
cards upon delivery.  The driver will have an invoice for you and give you a receipt.  

Where can you dump my material?
We will make every attempt to dump materials where the customer wants it.  Factors 
such as overhead power lines, tree branches, curbs, sidewalks, and ground level 
must be considered.  It is at the delivery driver's discretion to assess the safety of 
the requested dump site.  Keep in mind that Tee Pee Sand and Gravel accepts no 
responsibility for material once it has been dumped or damage to concrete.

Why does my decorative rock look dirty or dusty?
All crushed rock contains particles of the stone smaller than the size indicated all the 
way down to dust, these particles are referred to as “fines.”  There can be as much 
as 5%-40% fines in all screened rock.  After a good rainstorm, all of the fines will wash 
down into the ground and the true color of the rock will come out.

Can I pick up material myself?
Yes, you can pick up your material during our normal business hours.  We will load 
your truck or trailer for you.

Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes, you can place your order over the phone.  Our usual method of payment is 
COD so you can phone your order in and pay the driver upon delivery.

What is ABC?
ABC (Aggregate Base Course), a mixture of rock, sand, and dirt is typically used for 
road base compaction or as a sub base material under concrete, asphalt, and 
pavers.  ABC is also very affective for improving muddy driveways, roads, or parking 
lots.

What is Premix?
Premix, also called agg mix, ideal mix, 50/50 mix, or concrete mix, is a mixture of 
rock and washed concrete sand used for making concrete.  Just add 1 part Portland 
cement to 5 parts of premix and add water to make concrete.  

Do you offer FREE delivery?
Yes we do!  We do have a 10 ton minimum in Casa Grande for free delivery.  If you 
order less than our 10 ton minimum there will be a small delivery charge.

To deliver to Coolidge and other outlying areas our minimum for free delivery is 15 tons.  Please contact us for Delivery Charges to all areas other than Casa Grande.
